Our policy outlines the type of personal information we collect and receive, including and without limitation of the information provided in the Hotel Website, Online Reservation Form, Website Enquiry Feedback, Room Booking Form, Hotel Registration Card, Membership Application Form,  Event Confirmation Form, Guest Comment Form,  Credit Card Authority Form, Deposit/ Excess Payment Refund Form, Credit Facility Application Form and/or any further update provided by you to our Sales and Marketing Agents, Online Booking Engine in relation to your personal data (“Personal Data”) will be processed for the purpose of facilitating and administering your reservation and / or stay with us, maintaining records of your stay, facilitating your club memberships and records, collecting outstanding payment and refunding excess payment, conducting survey and receiving feedback and announcement of our new services and periodic promotions and/or such other purposes referred to in our Personal Data Protection Policy.

In this policy, personal information means information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address or phone number, bank detail and that is not otherwise publicly available and is not part of your work identification.
